Here at the Littlewick Green Motor Company our Aftersales and Service department has been providing care for your car for over 50 years. All of our staff are trained technicians, apprentices, and customer care representatives, who are all here to offer you the best service we can.
When your car is in need of a Service, MOT or has a squeak that you would like us to investigate, then please contact a member of the service team on 01628 822543
For your convenience our Service Department are happy to offer you the following options:
- Collection/Delivery from home or work
Just let us know the date, time and location that you would like your vehicle collected and a member of the team will pick your car up, and return it once the work has been carried out (max 10 mile radius, but please call to discuss)
- Courtesy Cars (with prior notice)
If you require a replacement vehicle whilst your car is being serviced then just let us know at the time of booking and we will arrange for a courtesy car to be available on the day. We have manual and automatic cars available, so please let the service department know your preference when booking.
- Shuttle Bus Service and a While You Wait Service are both available
Once you have dropped your car off to us, we are happy to take you to the town or home, and then come and collect you when the car is ready. Alternatively you are welcome to wait in our showroom where tea, coffee and refreshments are available, along with the days paper and TV.
- Saturday mornings are available (limited spaces only)
If you do require a Saturday morning please book your service in plenty of time.
Vehicles in their 4th year or older are entitled to a reduced labour rate.

As an added bonus, to thank you for your custom we will wash and vacuum your car after every service, and if for whatever reason we do not have time, then we will happily offer you a free wash at a convenient time.
